Please correct me if I got anything wrong.
As many of us know, December 25th, a celebration we called Christmas is coming up. What most of didn't know was that originally on this date, 'we' knew it as 'Yule' from Norwegian 'Jul'. It was the day that falls around the winter solstice, when Odin goes on The Wild Hunt. (I believe such is the origin of Santa Clause on his sleigh - he even looks like it, as I added it)

The story behind all things related to Yule fascinates me, such as the story behind the mistletoe, now a symbol of love.

Also, side note, I somehow tend to end up drawing Yggdrasil, the tree of life that stretches across the realms. I didn't draw too much things that made it extremely obvious, but this piece is definitely a nod to Yule.

(The lady was supposed to be Skadi the Jotunn and Goddess of winter, ski and mountains, but there wasn't much that made her obviously Skadi since I didn't want to draw the skis.)
