Myself as defeated Reimu Hakurei from Touhou Project.
This costume is a mix of various things that happened recently. First: I made the red top and skirt for my larp character (who was named Flandre btw) but I had to retire her in-game, which means I cannot use the costume for the larp again. Since it looks so much like Reimu's why not use it for a Reimu cosplay? Second: well, I had a costume... but since I played this character for a year and a half, the costume was not in top condition. Third: my sewing machine is not working properly, so I can't make clean sewing. Fourth: I bought a Touhou artbook at Otakuthon, and there was this picture in it: danbooru.donmai.us/posts/14183… . Fifth: I'm just so bad at playing Touhou. I love these games, but seriously I need to practice hard to win at easy. I've started playing Touhou 14 and gosh I get my ass kicked in the fifth stage... >_<
So yeah, this is the poor Reimu I play, getting all beaten until I can grab a win! But even in defeat, Reimu will try again and again!^^
