i have no idea what a vector is in this context but it sure does look fun. could use a little child hanging on to the line that extends to the bottom like a balloon string

that's really well done. I also use photoshop CS. *too poor to get CS2*
I really believe the drop shadows added the most to this work. It really puts it above the "everyday" vector art you see everywere. Great job!
