Description I grew up on the early Duke Nukem games, the ones from Duke Nukem 3D and earlier.
My brother recently found this remix of the Duke Nukem 3D intro music, and I thought any Duke Nukem fans out there would probably like to hear it.

So here it is, as best quality as I can get it, sorry if that makes you wait a long time for the loading to finish, but it just wouldn't sound the same in bad quality.

Copyright:
The great people who made the Duke Nukem games,
and Megadeath (I think).
Actually... i'm not really sure if this is copywritten...
better safe than sued I guess...
PLEASE DON'T SUE! I HAVE NOTHING!!!

That is a badass man right there! That was back in the day when characters weren't anime ninjas or pirates, they were gun totin grenade lobbing dudes like doomguy, quakeguy, and duke nukem!

Haha, hell yeah None of that energy blast stuff, no shurikens, no little 1 pistols; let's bring out the chainguns, grenades and RPG's!

I am actually an anime fan, but you just can't beat the good ol' Duke Nukem stuff.

Lol I have nothing against it, (For example, anime that I do like, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, and Howls Moving Castle, are just a few classics that I love) it is just there is nothing that can replace the good old days of DOS games ^_^

Yeah, good old times, when world doesn't know 'bout anime.
(I don't have anything to anime, but too much is never good for brain)

oh Jesus *nostalgia* I remember those good old deathmatch days with shotguns and rocketlauchers. Back in those days me and my friends made some awesome deathmatch mods, of course, the 3D build engine used by Duke Nukem provided its share of surprises and fun as well. Old classics die hard, or never die at all.

I don't have anything against anime, it's just not my personal taste, my only gripe is that it's everywhere! Just you get me Naruto, and 10 other characters from Dragon Ball Z andNukem would beat their ass!

Just beat their ass? JUST? He would kill 'em.
Yeah, I grow up on DN. I remamber my brother playing in it whole days, and myself watching this. My mom was really pissed on me, you know, so much realistic blood is too much for little, 3-4 years old kid .

Simon-HackMaster do u know the Name of that music on Duke Nukem Total Melt Down, the level 'Raw Meat' after Duke says, "It's Time to Kick ass and chew some bubble gum, but I'm all out of gum" after that you'll hear that kick ass rock music!! I Can't figure it out!! GRRRR!!!!!!

Simon-HackMaster In reply to Ryu86 [2007-01-03 12:44:00 +0000 UTC]

I'm pretty sure the name of that song is: "In Hiding"
If that's not the song you're looking for, I just happened to find a website that has a bunch of remixed Duke 3D music available to hear: [link] I'm sure you'll find it there ^_^
(Don't worry DA, I'm pretty sure the website is completely legal )

I'm pretty sure Duke Nukem 3D and Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown are pretty much the same game, only one is for the Playstation and has a few additions. So they probably didn't change the music.

[forgot to make this a reply >.< ]

You're welcome

I don't really know if they're planning for any DN games for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii, But I do know they're coming out with Duke Nukem Forever for the PC. It says on their website: "Coming "When it's done" from 3D Realms for the PC."

For all your Duke Nukem needs, you can look 'em all up at: [link] They're the people that make the Duke Nukem games.

Enjoy ^^

In The Manhattan Project I got run over by a car and died for about the 12th time, and when Duke respawned he yelled out: "Son of a bitch!" and I said: "my sentiments exactly!" Haha, he literally took the words outta my mouth. XD
Haha, and I come across a door that needs a colored keycard to open and Duke says: "I hate these ****ing keycards!" It's like he speaks your mind as you play the game.

Yea, they were working on something similar to the original Duke Nukem games, but they also wanted the wit of Duke 3D and a 3D environment. I think they did great, It's one of my favorites.

Lol, its not a remix. But its cool, anyhows. Megadeth, Sting, and a few other famous rock artists did music for a soundtrack to go along with the game called Duke Nukem: Music to Score By. This was the first track on the CD. I still get a kick out of it though. The original tune was done by Lee Jackson, and is called "Grabbag". You can find it at [link] I'm favin!!

"COME GET SOME!!"

Hmm... Well, I consider it a remix because it sounds like a remix of Grabbag. Thanks for the info and the fav ^^
