Straight from the first time I heard, I already was in love with John Butler's Trio, called The John Butler Trio.
But that night, I got bewitched.
Live.
In quite a small room (Lido Berlin).
Which made whole thing turn out even better.
Oh boy, how I'd love to post all the 400 shots I took, just to maybe make you feel a little.
Too bad I'm too lazy.
Man. If any of you should ever get the chance to see them.
Don't hesitate.

Too right Johnny's got atmosphere - the group are awesome. So glad their music is reaching the world; I was lucky enough to see them a few years ago - but I guess we're all quite lucky over here in Aus - seeing as they're an Australian band and tour here pretty frequently.
Awesome shot of him; captured him perfectly. Check out their first album Sunrise Over Sea also if you haven't already; it's fantastic.

i met the man at a free concert. we didn't really exchange words as all the girls were like JOHN JOHN GIVE ME YOUR AUTOGRAPHY OOO JOHNNY..... posers... complete p[osers. but we were standing on the side of the stage (somehow?) and we met the man. his band is amazing and his bassist blew out my ear drums... and this photo is really, really good. all photos should be like this one. well done brother.

John Butler Trio is just so amazing.... their lyrics actually mean something, and the music makes you want to dance like you're high (if you aren't already)... They are both fun and moving, just like this image.. the lighting is excellent, and the pose... what timing! So glad I saw this image...
