Description
Kid and Law from One Piece as mermen, more precisely as betta fish merman and blue tang merman.
The siamese fighting fish (or betta splendens) builds its nest out of bubbles between water plants close to the surface. I thought this behaviour would be the perfect basis for a little comic.
