Description
WMSR = Western Maryland Scenic RailroadThe original Western Maryland merged with the Chesapeake and Ohio and Baltimore and Ohio to create Chessie Systems which merged with the Seaboard Coastline to create CSX on the WMSR they have a working C&O 2-6-6-2 mallet.
Fun Fact: during the 1990s CSX thought restoring C&O 2-6-6-6 Allegheny #1604 for working condition for excursion and revenue freight but the idea was dropped.
