I kind of think mighty man is done.
No matter how much muscle, you compromise his throat and breathing, he won't last long.
Can never get his fingers under the chain links to save himself, when pulled so tight like that.

But, if he could use his brain, which at this point is more concerned with his breathing, and has him in instant, distracted panic mode...
he'd be better off pulling in on the chains -- drawing his enemies close, and bashing their heads together or kicking their nuts out.
