"George, I'm not coming back." Alice was stood just outside the Hospital doors, shouting the convocation to him. George stood by the gate, his hand out stretched to her.
"I've done something so terrible George. Don't you understand? I can't go back. I might hurt some one again. I'm so terrified. So... scared of hurting you again."
He words became softer as the Tears burned as they started to cascade down her cold, pink cheeks.

My name is Jade Frost, I am a Fire starter.

None of them have any idea what it's like to be different, to be a "mutant" as they would put it. Everything we touch can burn right beneath our bare finger. We can set things alight just by getting to mad at someone. Even when we cry the tears feel like tiny Sparks. The worst part is most of us doing know how to control it. That's where I come in. I am a freelance "teacher" if you will. You've already met Alice.
   I found her in the East - Carolina metal institute. She had cause three fires at her work place and five in her own home, the last fire was when she broke, he fiancée, George, went back into the fire to save her and burned the left side of his face completely.
