The ToyMaker
The toymaker is a goddess perched upon a floating asteroid adrift among the stars. She is gifted with the art of creation and had since grown weary of creating lonely suns and desolate planets. Thusly, with the stone of a passing comet, she embedded life into a plush life doll. With a gentle kiss, she sends them off into the void of space, wishing them a safe return full of tales to tell her and happiness to bring her.
Some who have seen her describe her as a weary woman with long brittle fingers. Others see her as a young child or even a young woman with rosy cheeks and long steely hair. Legends written are too vague to depend on the ever chaCurrentylnging appearance of the goddess who makes toys.

Overview
Tofflings are created through the “toymaker” which is a giantess god who creates living dolls. Thusly, tofflings cannot breed. Within each toffling is a soul core, this can be any enchanted item embedded with their life force. It is sewn into their body and they are sent to drift through space. Each Toffling is gifted with a “purpose” or a reason for being created. Some are created to cause mischief, some are made to give love. These purposes can also be evident in the tofflings appearance, as some traits are found only in specific purposes.

UFOS
When they inevitably find themselves on a planet, comet, or anywhere, they immediately start to build their own space cycle. This is something that they know and this knowledge can only be taken from them if they become cursed or haunted. They are skilled craftsmen when it comes to making their vehicle, regardless of material, their specific space cycle is of their own design and is bonded to their souls. Often they will scavenge for years to find the perfect material to build their craft, while some are fairly aloof in its build, some would sooner die of old age before mounting an imperfect space cycle. Space cycles are a common addition and can look however you’d like them to look!
