I like the lines and everything, but your coloring needs improvement. Best hint I can give you is that you need to follow the SHAPES and not the lines. Everything has a shape, round, flat, curved or flowing like robes. Its about leaning anatomy and NOT FOLLOWING ANIME! Anime is a BAD BAD BAD example for starting artists, because people copy the shading without thinking WHY something is shaded like that.
