Angelo is an pretty "fishy" guy. An ex-pirate who now lurks around the under bellies of mega cities dealing out mostly harmless substances. Bonsai used to chase him around quite a bit, and after inflating her suit so many times he took quite a liking to the cop and "roundness".

Abilities- He can breath underwater, what a shocker. Aside from that he has plenty of chemicals concocted for transformation effects.

Personality- Angelo can be smug and mischievous. He'll often pull tricks on people for his amusement; however he hates when said tricks backfire and fall upon himself. When not in control of something he'll lose his temper or become sometimes anxious.

Likes- Seeing others inflate, dark places, tricking others
Dislikes- Being inflated himself, deserts, helplessness of himself
