This is the high priest of Alura, Fabrizia. Its hard to believe but she is a dragon capable of changing her form to be that of a human (rare) and a dragon (traditional). Fabrizia looks like most of her race and is bound to uphold the preservtion of art in all its forms. Later in her life she is given a gift from Alura witch changes her into a proxy of Alura.
