I love this banner.

My dad used to tell a story about how he was staying at a hotel and they hardly let any calls through. He set his answering machine to the chorus of Operator and at the end said, "Congratulations! You got through the switchboard!"

The idea for this banner came about after I'd gotten banned for trolling on my ex's forum, for the sixth or seventh time. (Multiple user accounts = yay.) I started a forum of my own and started putting that banner in every new member's welcome topic.

Later, when on another friend's forum, I realised that it would make more sense to have that banner be for accepted character sheets. This is the banner color that goes best with the design.
