It had been six months since the defeat of Majin Buu. Everyone was happy that Goku had returned, and the Earthlings' memories of the threat of Majin Buu had been wiped. However, not all events from the last six months had been forgotten. It had been six months since Mr Satan had promised to pay 18 for forfeiting the match at the tournament. Every time she saw him, he would weasel his way out of the subject and had been actively avoiding her. 18 knew that threatening him wasn't an option, with him being all buddy-buddy with Majin Buu, so she had to think of a different option, something more "creative". She needed to use something he cared about as leverage...or perhaps not something but someone.
