Description
This is a work in progress as the title states, I plan to make a background and maybe a foreground layer. For the most part this is only 14 colors, not including black and white, however, I used a blended layer near the base of the horns which has resulted in an additional 12 shades of blue; total including black and white, there are 28 unique colors.

The original name for the "construction" file was "pixel oni" but I decided that since the horns are wrong and it doesn't have tusks that it doesn't quite resemble an oni enough to bear that name.

Initially started making this for a competition on the kongregate art forum. It has been done one pixel at a time completely in paint.net, no filters or effects have been used.
