I was recently |////>ed by someone on craigslist who wanted me to design a logo for an up and coming bakery in Rhode island. The style they wanted was one reminiscent of Ed Hardey/Sailor Jerry. After doing some research, I drew up some concept designs, sent them via email, and haven't heard back from him since. If anyone from Rhode island sees a bakery with a skull topped cupcake as their logo, take a picture and send it too me, I may need to invest in a lawyer.

The above situation may remedy itself, (but that has yet to be determined), the upside however, is that it got me drawing again, and this was the first product. To see the original b&w drawing, go here: [link]

Drawn on a 4x6 inch index card using the following:
PENTECH Wooden No. 2 Pencil
BEIFA Free Ink Roller
ZEBRA F-301

Scanned, edited, and colored in Paint.NET and Photoshop.

The background was clipped from Hokusais "Great Wave off Kanagawa" and then heavily manipulated in an effort to make it both match the dragon stylistically, as well as resemble air rather than water.
