From "The Idiot's Lantern"... I loved the screencap and had to draw it, hehe.
I love Rose's pose, the Doctor was very fuzzy and I didn't even try to draw a clear face, and I kind of like it that way - he's not the star of this portrait anyway. My favourite thing about this picture is the colour, pleases my eye anyway
Done in pastels, pastel pencils and coloured pencils.
P.S. Sorry for the small resolution, but my internet connection's a bit dodgy at the moment and refuses to upload anything bigger...

Pastel pencils? *researches* nice shot again, it's good to see you don't just draw them looking at their prettiest. But during their more human and raw expressions as well. Fantastic considering it came from a screen cap (a fuzzy one at that) I'd love to see you do one similar to this where either the foreground or the background are out of focus, to inhance the illusion of distance and really bring the foreground/background of whatever is not out of focus, into the spotlight.

Well I can't think of a particular shot off the top of my head. But I suppose you could use a blur tool from photoshop or whatever it is you might have on hand on one of the screen caps to imitate the effect. An artist who does this quite well is the lovely Sarah Graham, her works are fantastic (especially when viewed first hand), really something magical. She's good at those sorts of images, though she works in oils and acrylics. Check her out see if you get anything from it [link] . If you don't send them I will!

There are countless, off the top of my head umm....
When The Doctor is about to kill the Rachnos Queen spider person in that xmas special.
When he gets all excited about his 3D glasses and explains that they see "void stuff" "well? Isn't anyone going to ask me what the glasses are about?"
When he's killed the sicorax king by throwing the orange at the panel and says "no second chances, that's the kind of man I am".
Those are just a few, there are waaaay too many for me to list.
