Description
Shadows are the spawn of the Void, an echo of an ancient war. These cruel spirits and utterly devoid of pity. The Void Goddess, Sammaritha, is able to rip out soul of the living and envelop it in Shadow, which will then pervert its personality and make it a faithful servant.

In the age of Nouvellax, they acted as a major force of reconnaissance and attack, using their ability to hide from other's perception, and to influence the minds of humans.

At the moment of the "Era", when the suns rises, bringing a new day to all the living, and night brings them rest, the Shadows lurk in the forests and ruins, seeking out their victims among the lone travelers, and wearing them down mentally and spiritually for weeks at a time.
