The greatest gift given to man, I feel, is the mercy of being granted blissful ignorance. The pond we maintain is merely a drop in a much longer, vast bottomless ocean, empty spaces unreachable by means of technology or ambition. There are things in this world and beyond this plain that are exempt from explanation, unknown to us to a capacity that is more gift than curse. Those that have looked for the truth never turn out even a half of their former selves. Be grateful we have yet addressed alien life, for it is beyond just text on paper. Knowing your place is a key to survival hidden away in our darkest most reserved survival instincts.
