Legends say this specific Delta 7 was once flown by the respectable Jedi General Plo Koon.
Before its modifications, the Delta 7C was often called the “Duck” or “Wildfowl”, this vehicle started to get publicity, whether it was effective or not. Statistics and combat footage have proven this vehicle to be efficient against enemy walkers, hover tanks, and other starfighters. However, the cannon tends to be slower in most planetary orbits.
