I love this character so much. When you see her in the series, there are hints given that she was a strong type of person who cared deeply for her daughter. I tried to show her looking melancholy but not completely depressed. I know she dies after sending Usagi to the future, but I just couldn't resist! I saw a photo of a sinking Greek arch on a marshy area and thought, well that's just dandyΒ so here you go XD
