On first glance, I thought the area that make up the nostrils were eyes with a small mouth below....on second glance I saw what you were shooting for.
Nice use of Zbrush. Very wrinkled, I would add some seam lines around the mouth the create some cracks in the lips if you are trying for more realism or age.
Makes me wonder if I should upload my Zbrush images on my profile....heh.
