This is a new ref of my oc Peter

Backstory: Peter is a boy who drowned during the midst of World War II, he fled from a lab where he and his friends were experimented on. A doctor took pity on the poor boy and allowed him to escape, but he was soon discovered and was chased onto a riverbank where he accidentally slipped into the water. Despite his ability to swim he could not keep up with the rapid water while suffering from injuries, so he eventually drowned and reincarnated into a ghost. He now lives a peaceful life, with no one to hurt him and no one to scare him. He usually stays in bodies of water, but will occasionally come out and haunt people.

Personality: Peter is a quiet boy even before his death, he keeps to himself and is obedient to his parents. As a ghost he sometimes watch others from corners of the room and giggles when something funny happens, like watching the person tripping or accidentally spilling their drink. Peter is still a kid, he doesn't age as a ghost so he enjoys things most kids would enjoy like watching cartoons on the tv, he would sneak into someone's house during kids show hours just to watch them.
