Well looks like somebody mixed some Eldar/Dark Eldar elements with a Black Hand member of the Brotherhood of Nod....It's cool...
Keep up the nice work....this has boats loads of artistic potential....

I'd say it's quite like Dark Eldar (the gun, armour colour) with Eldar back vents (Wraithguard anyone?) wearing heavy armor. I say - the Nod Cabal(!) of Dark Eldar shock trooper!
