Honest John and Gideon were walking through on the beach and minding their own business while pickpocketing from the citizens. They walked past Luca and didn't notice that he was emerging out of the water and starts to transform into a human boy as they were heading into town. Then a quick realize came to the two friends and they rush back over. They peered from behind and are amazed to see Luca.

Honest John: Look, Giddy, look! It's amazing. A sea monster child transforms into a human when drying off. Why, if we could... (looks at the poster) That's it! The circus! Why, the ringmaster would... Listen. If we play our cards right, we'll be on Easy Street or my name's not Honest John. Quickly, we'll head back to the beach.
