Jimmy Crystal doesn't approve on an apartment, because you have to pay once a month for the rent and they have breed restrictions that are not allowed to live with. The five breeds of dogs that is restricted to apartment living is the Doberman Pinscher, the German Shepherd, the Rottweiler, the Pit Bull and the Chow-Chow. But, he does approve on a house, that you can pay once a year and you have any breed of dog you want, as long as you raise the pup right. Living in a house is much better than an apartment, because you can be creative to have a garden, cooking on a grill and doing yardwork.

Note: This is based on my opinion on living in an apartment and a house.
