Pete and Scuttle made their appearance in the classic short called "Donald's Lucky Day", as they were planning to send a letter bomb to a rival gang belonged to Scarbush.Scuttle: The bomb's ready, boss.
Pete: Swell, set it for midnight.
Scuttle: O.K., boss.

Pete: Gee, what a Valentine for Scarbush... the rat.
Scuttle: Yeah, it'll be a swell blowout. (Laughs) Did you send for the messenger, boss?
Pete: Certainly, the dope's on his way now.
Scuttle: Gee, suppose it goes off too soon, boss?
