Description
It took me a while to decide on a character to draw a reference for next, but I guess Lady is a the last piece needed to complete the references of these idiots.
It’s so late it’s early for me, so I might come back and adjust this in following days, but I think most of it is okay. A bit too wordy in some places, and I might fix that.
So yeah… this is… Lady. Iunno, I have so much to say but also don’t know what to say. She’s my… character. Yeah.
She likes to think she’s classy, but she actually really, really, really likes punching people in the face and could probably be considered slightly adrenaline addicted. At her best she is a witty, fun companion who can be brought to almost any social gathering. She is sociable and charming when she feels like it. She also has a short fuse, tendency to hold grudges and absolutely zero problems getting violent if - when - she feels it necessary. She likes rules and honor codes as long as they suit her or as long as she feels like honoring them. She is willing to step on some toes to get what she wants, but doesn’t really set out to commit atrocities for the fun of it; she might lack some morals, but she still has standards.
Lady is very, very into violence (and it interacts with her sexuality in a weird way). She generally is unable to form long-term relationships, whether they’re romantic or platonic, with people who are unable or unwilling to occasionally throw a punch. On the flip side, she gets along really well with beings that have violence somehow integrated to their being, such as some vampires or demons.

General pointers or clarifications:
- If you think in silhouettes, she is supposed to have a body silhouette of a vase (see the silhouette on the picture) – or course, personal style and amount of realism used changes things, but this should be kept in mind to keep her body type in check. Hip heavy, narrow waist.
- Take care to keep eyes heavy-lidded/prominent
- Can have no, one or two earrings per ear, earrings are always symmetrically matched matched, gold, silver or blue gemstones. Basically what I mean is this that if she has 2 earrings on her left ear, she will have matching 2 on her right ear. If her lower left earring is silver hoop, the lower right earring is also a silver hoop. Earrings can be rings or studs, doesn’t matter.
- Freckles: Focus on cheeks, bridge of nose, shoulders
- If drawn in default outfit: Neckline should be kept low. It it doesn’t look like it’s about to slip, it’s not low enough; nothing should actually show, though. Bra/bra straps/undershirts are… not preferred, but if there is a reason (composition/dividing shapes/theme/scene/something) it is acceptable.
- Nail polish can be black, blue or French manicure style. Gold can also work, especially if she’s drawn with fancier outfits.
- Eyebrows should always be black or dark brown, never blonde or even light brown.
- Absolutely no “thigh gap”.
- Hair is two toned (sort of an ”ombre” effect) as in the picture. The color change can be either “gradual” (as in picture; preferred) or… not (if stylization or color palette works better that way)
- Hair length can vary a bit. The reference has a… reference for that. Anything shorter than where the red line is is a no-no, but any length that reaches the green area is acceptable. Around mid or lower back is best, but depending on the mood and composition of the piece other lengths are perfectly acceptable.
- Choker can be kept or ditched honestly. It should be kept relatively simple but but simple details are fine, color should be gold/black/blue
