Used this to figure out my approach to the isometric angle by looking at some classic Front Mission 1 sprites (yes, sprites because the 3D models of the remake have none of their charm imo). Took notes on things such as stances, where and why rigid adherence to the isometric grid was broken, the differences between the upper and lower torso silhouettes etc. Pretty interesting stuff, for me at least
