Do (pronounced like "doh") is a 16-year-old Octoling girl who was found alone and confused by Deep Cut during one of their looting expeditions. She appears to have partially gone through the process of sanitization, as evidenced by her hair, eyes, "bitcrushed" voice, and lack of a pulse. As she couldn't remember her name when found, Frye noticed that she only had two tentacles and gave her the name Do, after the word "two" in an ancient human language (Hindi) she learned about. It's unknown why she has two tentacles instead of four, though it's speculated that she was either born with a deformity, or that her other two tentacles were lost and are unable to grow back due to the fact that she isn't completely alive.
Do appears to still retain her conscience and free will, as she doesn't display the zombie-like behaviour of a fully-sanitized Octoling. Instead, she's quite timid and anxious, rarely ever speaking-- this is not only out of anxiety, but also because she's afraid her voice would scare others away.
She prefers to stick around the members of Deep Cut (who don't mind her presence and understand her situation), and seems to be the most comfortable around Big Man due to his more laid-back nature, and Shiver as a fellow Octoling. She certainly doesn't dislike Frye, but the latter's rowdiness tends to intimidate her.
The members of the band are trying their best to encourage Do to get out and integrate herself into society, but it's proven difficult.
