Honestly, this dude is one of the most terrifying enemies in the series, if not the most terrifying. I mean, he's manipulative, sadistic, and downright psychopathic. He only cares about himself and his twisted goal to recreate the universe in his own "perfect" image. And he could, given how powerful he potentially is. All while maintaining a lighthearted, comedic demeanor.

and my god do I love him

I'm a sucker for lighthearted villains (even if he's not so much underneath), and I LOVE his design. The split face, the colours, just,, -chef's kiss- love it
