Rainmeter - www.rainmeter.net/By default the widget plays a notification sound unless you choose "Shutdown timer" option

You can use this shortcut to enable the widget:
"c:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.exe" !ActivateConfig "ShutdownTimer\" "timer.ini"
