Personality: Quick witted, highly observant and furtive as a fox, Chase likes to put his nose where it doesn't belong. He has no problem changing sides whenever it’s convenient to him, especially when money is involved, and no work is too dirty for him. He is completely addicted to gabling, but luck never seems to be on his side. He’s a known cheater, which usually causes him a lot of trouble. However, Chase can also be surprisingly selfless when it comes to his nephews. He dedicates all of the money he earns to give them a comfortable life (or at least he tries to). His niece, Marsha, worries a lot about his ways, and both have a very difficult relationship, but they still stick together as a family.

Background: Chase is the youngest of three siblings. Always the trouble-maker of the house, his older brother (Roger) and sister (Emma) were the ones who took care of him. They grew up very poor, so Chase soon learned how to make easy money by gambling and scamming other dogs. Roger eventually moved to the big city, while Emma and Chase tried their luck in Oddwind. Emma soon became the mother of three beautiful pups. The father left, so Chase was always around to help her out. Tragedy stroke and, with a new wave of disappearances in the town, Emma went missing. Chase was left alone with his young nephews, now the sole caretaker of them. He grew desperate as money ran out, and his gambling addiction proved to be his worst enemy. When everything seemed lost, Baltazar offered him a job, which he accepted in a heartbeat. Marsha hates that he works for him, since she knows how shady and cruel Baltazar can get, but Chase insists that it’s the only way he can give them a dignified life.

Relations: Marsha, Danny and Sherry’s uncle and caretaker. Works for Baltazar . Billy' s work partner.

- Chase was once nearly hanged before coming to Oddwind, but was spared and saved in the last minute. He carries the rope around his neck for good luck.
