Oooh, I like this. The fact you have two old gents both using mobile phones gives this images great juxtaposition. Best sense of the image. Composition works well too: I like the allocation of attention using rule of thirds and the depth of field.
Street photography can be pretty difficult because you can't really create, just observe what is already there. But you've managed to find a little slice-of-life that is both thought-provoking and visually arresting.
The duotone is just a little bit too heavy for my liking. Personally, I would take it down a few notches. And the photograph just seems a tiny bit crooked to me; rotate it clockwise by like 1.5 degrees and then you have a great photograph right there.
