Description
Here is a Team Rocket ex blank.Using resources from:PokemonCardResources ,Metagross101 ,bbninjas .
I used a Dark type Blank from Metagross101 and added the Team Rocket logo that i cut out of Rocket's Victini ex from bbninjas and made the border around the art from scratch.
I hope its usefull.
Edit: the Team Rocket logo wasn't on the right spot so i changed it
