The colors are subtle and smooth, I love to soft atmosphere that it gives off. The details are wonderful and the over all picture is just gorgeous... but then so is everything else that you've managed to place up here, ne? So that goes without saying. ^.^ Luff it!!!

Another wonder in full-view!
A great piece really, the impression of the dragon's claws on her flesh definitely add to the realism.
I will say that I love the background, and the effect of fading away the farther trees is quite nice.
And even if there are little nuances that could be fixed, this piece is beautiful enough as it is!

My gawd that is so beautiful! So much to look at! the detail has to be seen up close to be believed, the freckles on her face and arm, the silvery threads, the claw marks on her shoulder and that dragon!! *faints*.

I really enjoy some of the textures on this one with the painting effects though I see what you mean about some bits could have been abit better such as the body.

But, an artists' worst critic is their own self.
Though you've got the darker, moodier colors, the tones and highlights of color pull everything together. C'est tres magnifique!
The woman is beautiful, I think asians are the most beautiful, 'specially Koreans. But, being half myself has got nothin' to do with it!

beautiful image. the detail is absolutely amazing. her hair, the flower in her hair, her clothes, the dragon, the bg, everything looks great. the falling leaves and the little dragonfly help add that extra detail and life to the bg.

Entirely open canvas? Geez, that's amazing. The details are just... wow. Especially the hair and scales. And the girl's lips. The freckles are a really nice touch, as is the fact that Vincent's claws are digging into her skin. ^^;;
However, and maybe it's just me... but her eyes seem a wee bit lopesided. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with it. Excellent work here, as always.

you always beat yourself over for the background, but I think it turned out great...hopefully your future endeavours won't encounter such hardships though...
