This pokemon is based on the Huragok, aka Engineers: (halo.wikia.com/wiki/Huragok )I decided on an electric/water typing because of their expertise with technology and their aquatic features.

Using static electricity, Hurashock can cause itself to levitate out of the water, allowing it to live on land(or in the air). With brilliant minds, Hurashock are clever problem solvers, and try to fix any problem they can find.
Tentishock: The Engineering Pokemon
Tentishock has a brain equal to a quantum super computer. With this dizzying intellect, and skills with electricity, it's no uncommon to find Tentishocks flying through cities, repairing machines and rebuilding structures at incredibly speeds. They hate violence and shy away from fights.
