Excellent work here. Not only have you effectively communicated the moody, bordering on apocalyptic sense of dysphoria unique to cyberpunk, but you've avoided the classic over-saturation effect you see in similar works (i.e. fifty thousand structures with clashing colors and light effects for the sake of SCREAMING chaos rather than SUGGESTING chaos). Your subdued approach to a genre staple is impeccable.
