Shadow - Vegeta

Videl - Cream
Blaze - Future Gohan (Both from the Future and releted to Silver and Trunks)(They both saved there loved once and died)
Super Sonic - Super Saiyan Goku
Chaos Emeralds - Dragon Balls
Eggman - ???(Can't Dicied which badguy to pick :S)
Chaos - Shanlong (Since they both come from the most impotant things in both Anime/game)
Tikal - ???(Please help me with Tikal)
Frogy - Bee(The dog Buu had as a pet)

Nice list. I know this is old but for Eggman, it could be Emperor Pilaf since both use machines, have henchmen and constantly lose to the heroes.
Tikal on the other hand would be Dende since both are from the same race as Knuckles and Piccolo as well as have a connection to Chaos and the Dragon.
And I'm just throwing this out
