It went throw multiple edits like: adjust the lights and shadows with dodge/burn tools, then trying out different brushes, then experimenting with textures like which one works best, adding and arranging the blue color on it. And you can go on in on with the experiments, see what looks cool, what's different and unique. It's like your a music produces in your studio trying to make the perfect sound effects by pushing lots of buttons and adjusting volume knobs. Art is limitless. It's a lot of work but the process is fun

I don't know much about ps, sadly I don't have it.
But despite I know what you mean. I think that if more people would be artits, the world would be more peaceful. Art is like music, it doesn't have borders or cultures. It can be everything.^^

I can imagine it ! I'm currently trying to learn digital painting...
But learning how to use Photoshop is really a big challenge as a beginner ! So for now, I think I'll still draw my sketches by hand like you do, and then color it as I can digitally. And cry.
