This character concept, who is the ghost of a murderous past resident of the Westerly Woods neighborhood, will appear in the Westerly Woods book. He'll constitute a fantasy element in a mostly realistic-fiction cartoon novelette, but it's very appropriate for the nature and tone of a story like Westerly Woods. I have a concept for giving him a prequel, but I'm nowhere near completion of the original book.
