overall - this is really pleasing to the eye - the background and the figure - where she is placed draws the viewer in and the sharpness of the figure contrasts/balances with the softness of the clouds in the background.
criticism:
her eye appears to be off a little...it looks like you avoided drawing arms which makes it awkward (if you are looking for flaws) and her hair, the style you drew it in(since you drew it pieced together), makes it look like tentacles.
other than that - im impressed! good job!
