In an alternate reality, what if Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog had been renewed and went on for more seasons? What if the series went on to do single episode adaptations of Sonic 3 and 3D Blast? Then after that, what if Dic ordered the series to do a TMNT Red Sky style retooling of the series where everything is suddenly "Sonic Adventure"?
It wouldn't be too hard. Humans already existed in the AoSTH continuity.
