Description
For the hilt I decided I drew the shape onto a piece of 6mm MDF for the main base, then made a piece the same size from 18mm MDF and drilled 2 holes into then sanded down the edges into curves with an electric sander before cutting it into 2 seperate pieces.
I then fillered all 3 pieces and sanded them back and glued them together, and then fillered the join lines.
The next step was to put some Plastiline in the gap so the grove wasn't as deep and so that i could put the bolts into it.
The next step was to Mold it.
