Description
I made a 5 sided box and double sided tapped the the wooden hilt I had made into place, then mixed up some silicone and poured it in and left it to set over night.
One dried i then pulled the box apart and gently removed the silicone mold and then popped out the original wooden hilt piece, and used a scalpel to clean up the mould a little bit.
The next step was to mix up some fast cast resin with some fillite powder and poured it in and left it to set, then once fully hardened I just poped it out of teh mold and cleaned the edges up with scalpel and some sand paper.
