This is exactly what I was looking for.
I wasn't quite sure what to make of Misery-Chan, but I was certain she was gonna be a happy go lucky, positive upbeat, always confident extroverted person who was never alone... Maybe I need better observational skills.
All jokes aside, this sounds like the perfect magnet for some darkly comical yet psychologically scarring antics to unfold in her life which just has me excited about the endless possibilities drawn from such a fascinating character.
I'm not sure what ideas you've got locked away for Mizore in the future, but I gotta say, I'm more than a little intrigued about what the future has in store for her.
Not to mention having to wonder what the hell her Father did to aggravate an ex-lover who was a powerful psychokinetic (The theory I'm running with is that he ditched her at the prom eight years ago and thus a series long revenge will be taken as Mizore will find this evil Psychokinetic woman and engage in a powerful Matrix-like battle of epic proportions)
But that's just speculation.
Looking forward to more of Mizore, Sketch.

Hehe, I definitely want to keep her story open for various types of spoopy situations for her to encounter. As I've said before, I'm not a very good writer hehe, so I didn't want to create a character with a deep plot. I'd like to do an anthology series with her, going back and forth between different points in her life where she encounters creepy happenings hehe. I'm currently jotting down any ideas that pop into mind so I can further develop them later x)
Hahaha, that would be amazing xDD What I think I wanna go with concerning the jealous exorcist woman is make her a creepy stalker along the lines of Remina from Ibitsu, just with less murder and more curses xDD Maybe with a bit of Junji Ito's Souichi mixed in haha. Mizore's dad just simply got creeped out, broke it off, and she didn't take it well hehe xD
I've also got an idea for what could become a recurring character in her stories; a handsome student painter who is drawn to Mizore for her morose and gloomy beauty, as her believes that the only true beauty worth capturing in photos or on canvas is found only within despair and that happy people posses a particular ugliness that he finds repulsive. Very twisted character and I hope to come up with a good design for him. I'm feeling kinda inspired by the Intersection's Pretty Boy from Lovesick Dead, so maybe something similar to that xD

I'm guessing you'll likely be drip feeding bits and pieces of her backstory throughout each jumping point in her life. And in the event of creepy happenings I can only see more opportunities to see exactly how she reacts to this haunting phenomena she's lived with her whole life.
Another point of interest is the exorcist woman and her curses, will Mizore ever find a way to lift herself out from the gloomy curse she has been sentenced with for a lifetime? Probably not, but I'm more than excited to see what she did to terrify Mizore's father.
Funny enough that you mention your idea of a painter character that holds a twisted obsession with the gloomy morose artstyle since i had a similar idea for a short story centering around something similar... Albeit the artwork itself being a little... Body Horror for the lack of a better word. Similar motifs however in regards to the human experience and the way in which emotions factor heavily into how 'true art' can be portrayed as a 'still image'.
None the less Sketch, I'm glad to have had more of an insight into Mizore's world because my fascination has been driven further if this is what you've been contemplating around in your brain.
