This is an X-Ray man. As from the name you can tell this guy has X rays passing through his body but this can only be seen in darkness.

In a daylight, he is an assistant in a medical laboratory but his true darkside is unleashed only when it's dark. After the sunset, this guy can't be a nice human being anymore. When the lights turned off, monstrosity inside of him get's turned on. He feeds on flesh of the dead and drink fresh blood which has not thickened. He's also very shy and never attacks first untill hes hungry.
