Agreed, I definitely should have made it that way. I didn't pay too much attention to it since the character operating this vehicle wasn't a human to begin with.

+1. I think, what handlebars should be upper than seat, like on the motorcycles. Instead, driver will fall down from vehicle, if (s)he try to ride downhill or ride over a bump.

I really like the aesthetic, particularly the sleek yet bulky look...
 
... but that looks -immensely- uncomfortable to ride on. With the positioning of the handlebars and the seat and the foot-pad-things.
