Boolie is program gone bad. Rotten in fact. He's plundered many video game worlds and as last resort is being held in a maximum security electronic detention center called The Black Box. In order to keep him distracted and as part of his attempted rehabilitation he is loaded into joyously conspicuous scenarios. He literally goes on happy adventures with a moral at the end of each story.
